Cost What shapes the price of a patio or wall

Every yard is different, so we price yours after we've walked it. These five things move the number most.

A clear scope and price before anything is ordered.

  1. Size and shape

How much patio, wall or walk, and how many curves, steps and levels.

  2. Material

Pavers, natural stone or travertine each have their own price and look.

  3. Site and access

Slopes, digging and how close our equipment can get.

  4. Base and drainage

How much base, grading and drainage the ground needs first.

  5. Extras

Rather talk it through?

931-888-LAWN

931-888-5296 · 1308A Mainsail Dr, Columbia, TN

What materials do you build hardscapes with?

Natural stone, pavers and travertine. We talk through how each looks and wears on your site before you choose.

Can you build a retaining wall on a steep yard?

Yes. We build stacked-stone retaining walls and steps that turn a slope into usable ground, and plan drainage behind the wall so water has somewhere to go.

Do you build fire pits and outdoor kitchens?

Yes, as part of a patio or outdoor living project. We plan the size and placement with the rest of the layout.

Do you build travertine pool decks?

Yes. We lay travertine pool decks and terraces, like the golf-course residence on our work page.

Can lighting, planting or drainage be part of the same project?

Yes. Our crew also handles landscape lighting, planting, irrigation and drainage, so they can be planned in while the ground is open.

How much does a patio or retaining wall cost?

It depends on the size of the property and the scope of work. We give you a free on-site estimate before any work begins, so you know what to expect before you commit.

Do you build patios and walls in Spring Hill, Franklin and Brentwood?

Yes. From our yard on Mainsail Drive in Columbia, we work across Maury and Williamson counties, including Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Franklin and Brentwood. The on-site estimate is free anywhere in that area.

Same crew, same schedule Add it to the same project

Lighting, structures, planting and drainage are easiest while the ground is open. We plan them into your design, so you deal with one team.
