Cost What shapes the price of a landscape install

Every yard is different, so we price yours after we've walked it. These five things move the number most.

A clear scope and price before anything is ordered.

  1. Size of the area

How much bed, lawn and edging we prep, plant and sod.

  2. Plant sizes

Larger trees and shrubs cost more and look finished sooner.

  3. Site prep

Clay, slopes and wet spots that need grading or drainage first.

  4. Stone and hardscape

Boulders, river rock, walls, walkways and terraces.

  5. Irrigation and lighting

Tied in by the same crew while the beds are open.

Rather talk it through?

931-888-LAWN

931-888-5296 · 1308A Mainsail Dr, Columbia, TN

How much does landscape design and installation cost?

It depends on the size of the property and the scope of work. We give you a free on-site estimate before any work begins, so you know what to expect before you commit.

How long does a landscape installation take?

Most residential projects take two to four weeks from start to finish. Larger properties or phased projects may take longer depending on weather and material lead times.

Do you handle both the design and the installation?

Both. We design in-house and install with our own crew. The person who draws up the plan works directly with the team building it.

What does a design plan look like?

Plans range from hand drawings to 3D walkthroughs, depending on the size of the project. Either way, you see the layout and the plants before we start.

Will you work with my existing landscaping?

We work with what you have whenever it makes sense. If existing plants or hardscape features are in good shape, we design around them.

Do I need to be home during the installation?

No. As long as we have access to the property and water, our crew can work while you are away. We communicate progress and flag anything that needs a decision.

Which plants do best in Columbia and Middle Tennessee yards?

Ones that can take heavy clay, wet springs and hot, dry Julys. We build structure with boxwood, holly, loropetalum and crape myrtle, add low-maintenance color with coneflower, black-eyed Susan and little bluestem, and use hostas, ferns and oakleaf hydrangea under big trees. Your plan lists every plant and why it goes where it does.

Do you install landscaping in Spring Hill, Franklin and Thompson's Station?

Yes. From our yard on Mainsail Drive in Columbia, our crews install across Maury and Williamson counties, including Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Franklin and Brentwood. The on-site estimate is free anywhere in that area.

Do you offer maintenance after installation?

Yes. We offer ongoing property maintenance including lawn care, seasonal cleanups, turf treatments and landscape bed maintenance.

Same crew, same schedule Add it to the same project

Irrigation, lighting, stone and drainage are easiest while the beds are open. We plan them into your design, so you deal with one team.
